Pricing Information

Setup—For the integrated sales tax software module, there is an initial setup fee of $675.  Our software module allows a merchant's NT- or Unix-based business system to connect to our server to calculate sales taxes and post transactions in real-time, online.

Updates—In order to keep current with the most up-to-date rates, you will be charged an annual maintenance fee of $240.  Any updates to our software or tax rates are instantly available to you while your account is current since the tax determinations are performed on our servers.  This nominal subscription level includes up to 1,000 calculations per month; higher subscription levels can be purchased for between $75 and $600 per month for 5,000 to 100,000 calculations per month--call our office to discuss your particular needs.

Or you may choose to download our desktop calculator shareware program.  This is a limited feature standalone program that simply calculates taxes based on a zip code.  A nominal subscription costs $30/year.
